Brian K. Lofgren
Bio
Brian K. Lofgren is a founding partner of EISENBERG LOWRANCE LUNDELL LOFGREN. Brian’s practice has focused primarily on immigration law, working to meet the needs of the Hispanic community in this area. Brian also has some experience in criminal defense, worker’s compensation, personal injury cases and now, elder care injury cases.
Brian graduated from the University of Utah in Political Science in 1996, receiving his law degree from the SJ Quinney School of Law four years later in 2000. Brian worked for VanCott Bagley Cornwall & McCarthy both during and after law school. In 2002 Brian started Lundell & Lofgren, P.C. with Rick Lundell. In 2017 Rick and Brian and John Lowrance co-founded Lowrance, Lundell, Lofgren. The Firm later became Eisenberg, Lowrance, Lundell, Lofgren when Jeffrey Eisenberg joined the Firm.
Brian is a fluent Spanish-speaker. He has a weekly, live radio show in Spanish related to immigration law. Brian has been recognized by his peers as “Legal Elite” in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2022.
Most recently, Brian has been working in his Firm’s new practice group focusing on elder care injury representation. Brian’s Firm has partnered with the Senior Justice Law Firm to create this new practice group that will exclusively represent those who have been injured by the negligence of nursing homes, assisted living facilities and other care centers.
Brian also stays busy at home with his wife, three children and Lola the goldendoodle. He enjoys skiing and snowboarding, sushi dinners and taking family vacations to warm, sunny beaches.
